I'm on fire here, I mean two posts in one day?
madness? MADNESS! sparta? CAKETOWN!
I thought I'd show one of the most helpful programs I have ever used. It is called Launchy. Launchy is a small lightweight program used to access other programs and places on your computer, even websites.
Say I type in
"Wo"
It will consider Microsoft Word, World of Warcraft or WordPad.
If I type in "Worl" it will decide on world of warcraft, if I still don't think this is correct I can press the down arrow to open a list of other similar programs.
I could also type in "F" and bring up World of Warcraft. It becomes more decisive if you use the program more often, you could type in less to bring up a program you use more.
If I play WoW a lot, typing in W automatically brings up WoW.
So basically, Launchy is one kickass crazy program and it makes life a whole lot easier.
And, because pirates hate paying, its free.
What a win

Hello again Vox, it's me.
I was thinking about one of my favorite YouTube videos today and decided I'd share it with the community.
Old Greg is a sketch from a show in the UK known as The Mighty Boosh or simply The Boosh, starring Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt as Vince Noir and Howard Moon. The show is incredibly witty and entertaining and has a live show that tours to a wide variety of locations. My personal favorite sketch series is Old Greg, the lovabley creepy scaley manfish who is reeled up by Howard Moon and falls in love. Below is the most quotable sections, although there are more parts.
My personal favorite lines are "Dont lie to me boy..." "Some say he farts so loud people in Africa say HAH!" and the entire musical number. There are two more parts, but those two are my favorites. To see part one, click here
and to see part four click here.
and remember
I'M OLD GREGGGG!!!!
Hello again Vox, it's me.
I got out of school very recently and have been on the internet far too much, which could very well explain why I am online right now writing this.
But on to my actual point of this post, I finally saw CONTROL.
My cousin Mac mentioned it and I finally got to see it after 6 months. I have listened to Joy Division for a couple years now and thought that It'd be cool to see more of them.
For those of you who have never listened to Joy Division, go familiarize yourself with a good Wikipedia read here.
I'm going to assume you didn't go to the link because you are lethargic like myself and will give you the short story. Joy Division is an English rock group from mid 1970's. Led by vocalist Ian Curtis they captured London and America with their distinctive style of music. Ian Curtis had epilepsy and was frequently depressed. He had seizures, a few of which happened to occur on stage, embarrassing Curtis and provoking his depression. He committed suicide in 1980, devastating fans in both England and the US.
This independent film traces his rise to stardom and subsequent slip into depression. I loved the film, it was right up my alley, lots of good music, awesome accents and it's all in black and white, just what I like.
I highly recommend seeing it as soon as you can.
Cheers,
Sut
